Ordering Information & Terms of Service
Orders placed online are done so through the use of a ‘shopping basket’ and checkout. Select the quantity of items you require and ‘add to basket’. Once you have completed your order you may view your basket, once you are happy with your order click ‘proceed to checkout’.
If you order handmade wedding invitations and stationery you will asked for specific details for the insert. This information will enable us to provide you with a proof. Payment is taken through Worldpay Secure Online Banking in Pounds Sterling. Please note online payment is not available for customers who require posting outside the UK. Please call Leah on 07985 647940 or 01332 691235 to arrange payment in this instance.

We are able to provide handmade wedding invitations to you as a sample. Strictly one sample per design. Each sample is charged at £1.50 which will be refunded once you place an order.
Delivery to Mainland UK is dependent on order value, see structure below:
Up to £4.99 £1.50
£5 - £24.99 £3.50
£25 - £49.99 £4.50
£50 - £249.99 £7.00.
£250 and over Free

In every case a proof of your insert(s) will be provided via email or post free of charge. This must be approved in writing (email, letter or fax) before we will commence with your order. The proof is for you to approve the text, font and layout. The proof will always be in black and white.
In most cases all wedding stationery is subject to a 21 day turnaround from approval of proof. We will contact you before the proof stage if the delivery time is likely to be any different. We ask that you inspect your goods upon delivery. In the unlikely event that any of your goods are damaged you must contact us in writing within 14 days.
100% payment is required at the time of placing your order.
We offer a 5 working day express service from proof approval to delivery. There is an additional £50 charge for this service.
Each item is available individually so you only need order what you require.
Each stationery item that we supply will have been lovingly handmade, therefore there may be small differences between each individual item. However, we will assure you that every item is made to the highest quality.
One envelope is supplied for each invitation, thank you card, save the date card and reply card. Please see each stationery collection for colour and size of the envelope supplied. In some cases you may ‘upgrade’ your envelope for an additional charge.
Order of Service
The order of service insert is printed in black ink. You will be required to supply us with the wording for the insert. The pricing is for a maximum of 4 sides of printing (one insert). Extra pages will be subject to an additional charge.
We aim to meet your every need for your wedding stationery, if none of our designs meet your exact requirements please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your stationery needs. Please be aware that there may be an extra charge for design changes.
For each design we have selected a suite of typefaces and colours which we believe compliment the design, however we are able to alter the insert typeface and colour as per your requirements. Please note that there may be an extra charge for foil printing if not already part of the design.
This will be in the colour, size and type as listed in the design detail. Whilst every effort will be made to execute orders on materials exactly as sampled, we reserve the right to substitute the nearest material available as necessary.
Changes to your order
Any changes made to your order after your final proof has been accepted will incur additional costs.
Cancellation & Refund
For wedding stationery:
The shopper has the right to cancel the order within 7 days of the order being placed. In this case a full refund will be given.
If you cancel your order after the 7 day collong off period but before proof stage we will retain 40% of your payment.
As wedding stationery items are personalised we cannot accept cancellations after production has begun. Once proofs are approved and production has started we will retain 100% of your payment.
For wedding favours and gifts (non-personalised):
The shopper has the right to cancel an order and return the products to us within 7 days of receipt of goods. A full refund will be given.
In all cases, cancellation must be given in writing within the specified period.
The price quoted includes V.A.T. and excludes delivery.
Occasionally craft products may vary slightly from those pictures this is because some products may become unavailable from supplies and the nearest alternative product will be substituted. In the unlikely event of an item being discontinued we will withdraw the design from our collection. In every case we endeavour to notify you of any changes made to the design.
